2. Reasonable Use

Membership of the site is subject to a reasonable use policy. We employ bandwidth restricting software which restricts downloads to the following caps;

Per hour - 4.5GB or 100 movie files

Per 24 hours - 10GB or 250 movie files

3. Access and Availability of Service

If access of site services is unavailable during the subscription period, additional days will be added to the the member subscription of at least equal value for the days the services were unavailable. Alternatively, the member has the right for a refund of subscription fee proportionally equal to the number of days remaining on the subscription.

Blackbird Holdings reserves exclusive right to terminate provision of services for any member at any time by its sole discretion without any refund of subscription fee, either full or partial.

Selection of an ad banner or link will redirect you off of the Site to a third party Web site. Interactions that occur between you and the third party are strictly between the you and such third party and are not the responsibility of Blackbird Holdings. 8. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Blackbird Holdings will however attempt a second delivery free of charge to the purchaser. Any third delivery attempt will be at the purchaser's cost and Blackbird Holdings reserve the right to invoke costs at the rate of standard special delivery charges made by the Royal Postage Service of Thailand

9. Product Description

Blackbird Holdings and its affiliates attempt to describe all of the products on the Site as accurately as possible. However, does not warrant that product descriptions or other Content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered on our Site itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
